The list > MarketRiders
Summary: MarketRiders sells itself as a Do-It-Yourself guide to roboadvisors. This service is geared towards investors who want more of a hand in their investments while still having the expert guidance necessary to build a Modern Portfolio Theory-based strategy. While MarketRiders does not actually make trades on your behalf, they do guide you to broker-specific investment guidance to build a proper portfolio as the lowest cost possible.
Offering: Based upon a questionnaire to understand your risk tolerances and time horizon, MarketRiders creates an optimal portfolio for you to invest in. Based upon what broker you have your assets housed at (Schwab, TD, Fidelity etc.), the algorithm will tell you the lowest cost options you can invest in. MarketRiders does not actually invest for you but once you let the software know what your trades have been, it will track it for you and let you know when it is time to rebalance.
Fee: Monthly subscription of $14.95 of $149.95 per year + ETF fund fees and commissions from your broker.
