Robo 101Is a robo advisor right for me?
Investors vary is many different aspects; size of assets, required return, and the complexity of their situation to name a few. Because of this, robo advisors are not for everyone. There is no easy approach to know if using a robo advisor would be your best option but there are several rules of thumb: 1. Do you currently invest? If no, then using a robo advisor is certainly better than nothing at all? 2. Is your situation complex? If so, a robo advisor may not be the best for you. In cases that are more than just simple retirement planning (estates, trusts, etc.), it may be more beneficial to speak with a financial planner who is more equipped to take a look at your situation and help build the most adequate plan for you. |
